Nicole Kaiser, LISW

Therapist
Dubuque Office

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 20 years of experience in social work and mental health. I believe that every person deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported. My passion is helping individuals find clarity, healing, and a greater sense of balance in their lives. Whether you are working through a difficult season or simply looking for a safe place to talk, I am honored to walk alongside you in that process.

I work with adolescents (15+) and adults facing a variety of concerns, including:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Mood disorders

  • Behavioral challenges

  • Family and relationship issues

  • Self-esteem

  • Anger management

  • Life transitions.

I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly and feel genuinely supported.

My approach is holistic and personalized. I see each client as a whole person — shaped by experiences, strengths, relationships, and goals. I integrate evidence-based practices such as:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Strengths-Based Therapy

  • Solution-Focused Therapy

I tailor each session to meet your unique needs. Together, we will build on your strengths and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville and my Master of Social Work degree from Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa.

I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward growth and well-being.
