Nicole is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 20 years of experience in social work and mental health services. She provides counseling services for adolescents ages 15 and older and adults and is dedicated to creating a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their healing journey.
Nicole earned her Bachelor’s degree from University of Wisconsin–Platteville and her Master of Social Work degree from Clarke University. Her professional experience includes supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges while helping clients build resilience, confidence, and healthy coping strategies.
Nicole works with clients navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, behavioral challenges, family and relationship concerns, self-esteem difficulties, anger management, and major life transitions. She understands that seeking support can feel overwhelming and strives to provide a safe and welcoming space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and goals.
Her clinical approach is holistic, strengths-based, and individualized to each client’s unique needs and experiences. Nicole incorporates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients gain insight, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.
Nicole believes that every individual has the capacity for growth and healing and values building a collaborative therapeutic relationship grounded in empathy, trust, and respect. She looks forward to supporting clients as they move toward greater balance, emotional wellness, and personal growth.
